1. Do your prices include VAT?

Unless otherwise stated all prices EXCLUDE VAT @ 17.5%, which will be added to both sheet and carriage charges.

2. How much do you charge for carriage?

All UK addresses with exception of Scottish Highlands and offshore Isle are charged as follows:
10 or fewer sheets = £5, greater than 10 sheet = FREE OF CHARGE.
* we reserve the right to add a surcharge to sheets over 12” x 12” dependent on order size.

2. I can’t see the size I want?

Not a problem, contact us and let us know what you require we will almost certainly be able to help.

3. Why do you charge for samples?

We believe our customers benefit from seeing the actual sheets they are interested in rather than small material samples, this ensures they order the correct sheet for their needs, meaning they are not paying extra for materials that exceed their requirements, unfortunately we are unable to cover the full cost of this service, but believe that ultimately the customer will see a financial benefit.

4. I only need 2 sheets is that going to be a problem?

Not at all, no order is to small, we will gladly ship a single sheet if that is all that is required.

5. How long will my order take?

That depends on the size of the order (obviously a single sheet will take less time than a 200 sheet pallet), however most orders are shipped in 2 to 7 days.
